Data EngineerAs a chef, I relied on Google Sheets for recipe analysis, inventory management, and workflow monitoring. Known as Chef Mack's, I took a loan to pursue a data science course alongside my chef job. Three months into my five-month training, the company downsized, offering me a lower position and pay. Despite being in my last month's installment, I declined and dedicated two months to intense self-learning in data science.
